Paint Book

 

In the spring of 2022 the Daniels Ranch Board approved an advisory board to aid the ACC in making paint color decisions for the neighborhood.  This new 7 member board will review paint palettes and give guidance to the ACC to approve or reject paint submissions.  This widens the options the community has for paint and releases some pressure from the ACC who's guidance was a 20 year old paint book (see color tiles in 'Old Paint Book Suggestions' section below).  As it's first action, the paint advisory board worked with Sherwin Williams to develop a paint pallette with new suggestions for the community. They are also working with Benjamin Moore to create a similar palette.

The following palettes have been taken from our official paint book and shared here for quick and easy reference.  We have only one copy of the official Daniels Ranch paint book currently.  It can be lent upon request, but should be returned within two weeks to the ACC.  The paint colors for our homes were selected from Benjamin Moore paints, see their website for more information.
